Bookings & cancellation policy
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your dates at Omatua. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to exclusively hold the venue for your celebration.
As dates are limited and bookings are taken well in advance, all deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or change of date.
