Bookings & cancellation policy

Omatua is an exclusive property, so late cancellations have a significant impact. In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies:

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refunds are given.
